Samarkand

Capturing the “Sultan of Samarkand” the enchanted king of One Thousand and One Nights, the gem of the East’ this truly majestic design is of exquisite taste. Stylised mosaics are highlighted in raised 24 carat gold which are then delicately in-filled within a crimson and indigo blue palette. The illustration shows the china plate with co-ordinating gilded crystal and silverware ornately engraved and inlaid with 22-carat gold and individually inset lapis lazuli semi-precious stones.
